Stovroff and Taylor agents are highly trained, experienced and extremely involved in the Real Estate Market.  Our primary goal is to list the property accurately at Market Value and sell it in the shortest amount of time.  We study the activity in your specific neighborhood.  Through "comps" we make adjustments based on physical attributes, property condition, updates and location, while blending that information with the current market trends.

The biggest detriment to a listing is overpricing.  Pricing the property realistically and RIGHT is the path to successfully creating interest, action and offers on your property.

Advantages of Underpricing:

Let the buyers drive the price up!  Set a reserve price, but do not accept anything lower than that.  In most situations your property will receive multiple offers because other agents are smart enough to recognize you underpriced the property with the intention to create interest, competition and motivated buyers.  Get ready to play hard ball!
