In 24 to 48 hours we will email your Market Analysis to you. Eventually if you do decide to sell we will have to come over to get a more accurate price for you. When pricing is done over the internet it has it's limitations. For example we would not know about any upgrades or improvements you may have done to your home that would affect the selling price. If you prefer you can skip the online form and call us directly. We would be happy to visit your home at a convenient time for you. Second Step - You are moving forward with selling your home and you are ready to start the process. Your agent at Stovroff & Taylor will help you decide whether or not to make any improvements to your home before you list. If no improvements (painting, etc.) are necessary you will want to make your house shine from top to bottom. We call this show-ready. This means you are ready to invite potential buyers into look at your home. Try to see your home from a potential buyers point of view. Pay attention to detail including any odors that may be lurking and remember clean and tidy are very important when first impressions are made. Third Step - Price it Right. In today's market with so many homes competing for sale it is imperative to price your home accordingly. If a home is over priced it not only won't sell quickly but in many cases it ends up selling for less than it would have if it were priced right in the first place.
