1. Relocation Assistance. We will provide you with details about our relocation and referral services, regardless of where you are moving, there is never a charge to you!

16. Advertising. We will discuss with you our comprehensive advertising program that utilizes the best avenues available to generate buyer prospects for your property. Included will be placing your home on multiple web sites along with traditional print media.

17. Communication. We will contact you on a regular basis to keep you informed of competitive market conditions, buyer activity, and the actions taken to market your property.

18. Qualifying Buyers. We will verify financial qualifying information on all buyers submitting a purchase offer. Rest assured that any offer presented will have a pre-qualification or pre-approval through a reputable lender.
